    • *Engine oil leaking from passenger side valve cover *Engine Scan revealed the following DTC(s) P0012 – INTAKE CAMSHAFT POSITION TIMING (BANK 1) P054C – COLD START EXHAUST CAMSHAFT POSITION TIMING OVER-ADVANCED (BANK 2) P0430 – CATALYST SYSTEM EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD (BANK 2) DTC's P0012 and P054C will require valve cover/timing cover removal for further diagnosis. Past experience with these codes and this engine will most likely lead to timing chain, guides, cam phasers, solenoids and other necessary parts being replaced. **Catalyst code could be caused prematurely by excess oil consumption related to the other codes. Recommend engine repair first, then re-check catalyst system after driving.
    • TIMING CHAIN – Remove & Replace – 3.5L Eng,Turbocharger All,Primary & Secondary – [Includes: R&I Camshaft Sprocket.]
    • VACUUM BRAKE BOOSTER PUMP – Remove & Replace – 3.5L Eng,Turbocharger (time adjusted to combine with other work performed)

    • The entire brake system is inspected for leaks, master cylinder corrosion, worn pneumatic parts, harmful varnish build-up, broken or rusted bleeder valves, worn rotors and drums and air in the brake lines. All old brake fluid is replaced with BG Heavy Duty DOT 4 Brake Fluid. The result is a longer lasting, more efficient and safer braking system.
