There must be a small coolant leak . Coolant bottle was empty and filled radiator all together it took a gallon of coolant . Could not see any visual leaks . KEEP AN EYE ON COOLANT .
Checked over fuel hoses and vents , All looked good . Discovered a TSB on the same issue . Disconnected the fresh air tube at the dust separator and inspect for water intrusion , There was none . After inspecting and testing took vehicle to gas station and had no problems filling the tank at SHELL .
Make sure front end is grease * Wont take fuel .
